About the Investigator sponsored Non-Clinical Research Support Program
・Investigator-sponsored non-clinical research refers to non-clinical studies that are planned, designed, conducted, and managed by the researcher, who assumes legal and ethical responsibilities.
・The types of support available are "research funding" and "compound provision."
・Research funding is available for non-clinical studies using our pharmaceutical products.
・Compound provision is available for non-clinical studies using our pharmaceutical products, development compounds, or proprietary compounds.
・If you wish to apply for support, please create a login account and enter the target disease, objectives, and a summary of the non-clinical research, requested compounds, desired research funding, and any additional information in the remarks field on this web page.
・Applications for support will be reviewed by our company and our partner companies, and a decision will be made regarding the provision of support.
・In providing support, we will comply with relevant laws and ethical guidelines, and will enter into a contract.
・Even if support is initially deemed possible, we may decline to provide it if an agreement on contract terms cannot be reached.
・All application information will be treated as non-confidential by our company. Please ensure that no confidential information, such as matters related to intellectual property rights or personal information of subjects, is included in the information you provide to us.
研究者主導非臨床研究支援制度について
・研究者主導非臨床研究とは、研究者が法的および倫理的責任の下、自らが企画、立案、実施、管理する非臨床研究を指します。
・支援の種類は、「研究費」・「化合物提供」です。
・「研究費」支援の対象は、当社医薬品を用いた非臨床研究です。
・「化合物提供」支援の対象は、当社医薬品、当社開発品、当社創製化合物を用いた非臨床研究です。
・支援を希望される場合には、ログインアカウント取得後に、本Webページから、非臨床研究の対象疾患、目的と概要、提供化合物、希望する研究費などを入力し、申請してください。また、補足事項があれば、備考欄に記載してください。
・支援を希望された非臨床研究については、当社内および提携社内で審査し、支援の可否を決定します。
・支援にあたっては、関係法令、倫理指針および日本製薬工業協会の規制等を遵守し、契約を締結いたします。
・一旦、支援可能と判断した場合でも、契約内容が合意に至らない場合には、支援をお断りする場合があります。
・当社では申請内容はすべて非機密情報として取り扱います。登録に際し、当社に提供する情報には知的財産権等に関わる事項などの機密情報および被験者の個人情報を含まないようにお願いいたします。
